When sending payment include box style, quantity desired and date needed.

Orders take 2 weeks to produce and 1 week to ship on average.

If faster shipping is required, you will need to provide your UPS or Fedex account # to cover expedited freight charges.
PRODUCT SAMPLE
Samples you receive prior to placing an order may differ slightly from the finished product, depending on product availability at time order is paid in full. Each sample requires a deposit of $10.00 + a UPS or FedEx account # or additional $11.00 to cover freight. The $10.00 deposit will be applied towards the final purchase.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If an item is damaged during transit, you will need to file the claim through the courier. We do not pay for the damaged goods since we were not the ones who transported the items.
PRODUCT SHIPPING
FREE SHIPPING based on the quantities above. Orders that require a non incremental quantity (ex. 25 boxes) will have a 15% fee added to the order. To avoid the additional fee you must order in increments of 12 with a minimum custom order of 24.
PRODUCT RETURNS
All sales are final. Once you approve the art proof and the boxes are produced, your payment in non-refundable. Custom orders are of no use to us since they display your custom artwork.
